If you need to cancel or change your reservation or lease agreement with Seneca Shores Living, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request, but we may charge you a cancellation or change fee depending on the circumstances. The new homes (duplex) that will be available in fall 2023 will be modern, spacious, and comfortable. They will have the same features and amenities as our other apartments, such as appliances, laundry and storage, parking, a large yard, and lawn maintenance and snow removal.
